換貨政策 Return Policy

Shipping

1. Items will be shipped within two business days after the order is confirmed.

2. By default, 21Lab will ship to the nearest SF Station based on the address provided on Checkout page.

3. Shipping is free for orders of two items or more (for the Hong Kong region only).

Return for Exchange Policy

1. Customers must inspect the items and contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

2. Online purchases must comply with size and style return and exchange regulations.

3. Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, with original packaging intact.

Non-Acceptable Return Situations:

1. Loose threads, stitching, or accessories.

2. Washable products (those that can be soaked or washed in cold water).

3. Minor stains (within 2mm).

4. Size discrepancies of 1-3cm.

Care Instructions:

1. Products are categorized as machine-washable or hand-washable; please pay attention to the care instructions.

2. If unsure about the washing method, please refer to the instructions on the product label.

Order Cancellation:

1. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after payment. Please confirm all order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping cost:

1. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. If your order received "Free Shipping" and you return the items, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your Store Credit amount.

*We strictly do not offer refunds. Returns are processed as Store Credit or Exchanges only. Any price difference from an exchange will be issued as Store Credit balance for future use.

 

換貨規定

1.客人需於收到貨品後48小時內檢查商品並聯絡客服。

2.網購商品需符合尺寸及款式的退換貨規定。

3.退換貨商品需保持全新、未經使用及包裝完整。

不接受的退換情況：

1.線頭、針線/織線/配件。

2.可清洗的產品（可用冷水浸泡/清洗）。

3.極小污漬（2mm以內）。

4.尺寸 1-3cm誤差。

 

洗護條款：

1.產品分為機洗及水洗，請注意洗護方法。

2.若不清楚清洗方式，請參考產品標籤上的指示。

取消訂單：

付款後無法更改或取消訂單，請於付款前確認所有訂單內容。

 

運送政策:

1. 訂單確認後，商品將於兩個工作日內發貨。

2. 21Lab 將根據結帳頁面提供的地址，預設運送至最近的順豐站。

3. 購買兩件或以上商品將免運費。(僅限香港)

 

運費：

1. 運費不退還。

2. 如果訂單享有「免運費」優惠，但希望退貨/換價，我們將有權從Store Credit中扣除原運費。

*本店不設退款，商品只可進行一次更換或退以與訂單等同金額的Store Credit。換貨時產生的任何差額將以Store Credit形式發放，供日後購物使用。
